Date: 8/9/2014 Time: 4:00 PM TO 6:00 PM 560 Mart Street (at the Mart Dock) Muskegon, MI 49440 Phone: 231-777-0461 Event Description: The annual reunion for Muskegon Community College alumni will take place this year aboard the Port City Princess on Saturday, August 9, 2014 from 4-6:00 p.m. Attendees will cruise on Muskegon Lake and Lake Michigan, enjoy music, hors d’oeuvres and great views, and hear from MCC President Dale Nesbary on the College’s new building plans. “We decided to change things up this year for ReunionFest and go beyond our campus setting,” said Julie Weller, Alumni Relations Manager. “What better way to celebrate our incredibly beautiful location than a cruise around the lake? MCC is proud to be a part of such a supportive community and wants our alumni to have a fun experience.” One of the most popular exhibits at previous reunions is the archive displays of MCC’s history from 1926 to the present, and this year will be no different. The photos and other artifacts are coming along for the ride, so attendees can peruse the exhibits while admiring our local shoreline.
