This will be accomplished by understanding some of the root causes of behavior, developing skills to cope with it, and implementing strategies to reduce and possibly eliminate the difficult behavior. Special emphasis will be placed on developing positive responses that empower people to permanently change their behavior, using hands-on activities to build knowledge and skills.
