The Muskegon STAR! Program is designed to increase your community knowledge about all the reasons we love to live, work, learn and play along the Lakeshore! It focuses on information participants can use in daily work, life or volunteer opportunities. Topics include Star Attractions, Festivals, Arts, Culture, the Economy, a bit of History and more. It also teaches participants how to share this information through customer service skills.
Through this program, each participant will become a certified “Muskegon STAR!” A Beta Test session of the program will be held on Monday, June 22 from 1:00 - 4:00 pm. This is a test run to finalize the training content and format moving forward. We will appreciate input on the information presented and any other constructive feedback participants are willing to provide.
