Webster Ave. Muskegon, MI 49440 Phone: 231.720.2571 Event Description: Chicago sculptor Richard Hunt is nationally recognized for his steel and bronze sculptures of fluid organic forms. One of the most prolific artists working in public art today, Hunt is locally well-known as the creator of the monumental stainless steel sculpture, Muskegon, Together Rising, installed in the traffic roundabout in downtown Muskegon. The exhibition will run through January 26, 2016. 21st Century Projects was developed by the Krasl Art Center, St. Joseph, Michigan and honors the ongoing career of Hunt. It traces the evolution of Hunt’s public sculpture projects within the past 15 years through: scale models, site plans, drawings, studio and installation photographs, and a documentary film.
