Clay Ave. Muskegon, MI 49440 Phone: 231-722-0278 Event Description: Budding writers from 10 to 18 are invited to participate in a Tall Tales Told Workshop at the Lakeshore Museum Center. Participants will hear stories and get pointers from members of the local Yarn Spinners group and then have an opportunity to create and perform their own tall tale on the stage in the Museum auditorium. The workshop begins at 1 pm and the presentations will begin at 3 pm. Parents may drop their children off and then return for the presentations. There is a $5 fee for Museum members and $7 for non-members. Registration is available on the Museum website or by calling 722-0278. Directions: 430 W. Clay Avenue at the corner of Fourth Street.
