Date: 6/24/2016 Time: 7:00 PM TO 10:00 PM 560 Mart St. Muskegon, MI 49440 Phone: 231-730-1477 Event Description: Come to USS LST 393 Veterans Museum Friday, June 24, for a “Dance Under the Stars.” It will be just like the USO dances of World War II, with great music on a great ship for a great cause. Proceeds from the dance will be split between the Muskegon Veterans Council and the Braveheart Raptor Rehabilitation Center in Twin Lake. The star of the show will be the Hark Up Horns Big Band, a swing band that will play the greatest hits of the greatest era of swing music. It will be music under the stars from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Tickets are $10. There will be snacks, beverages and the huge upper deck of LST 393 available for dancing.
