It was there that his passion for food and beverage ignited, setting him on a path through various management positions within the gaming, concert venue, and restaurant industries. Garrick considers himself not just a manager, but a team builder, mentor, and coach. Collaboration is key in his book—believing in ensuring that every voice is heard, leading from the heart, and showing his team continuous care through development and feedback. A fun fact about Garrick is that you'll often find him immersed in the world of horse racing. 🐎🏆 He’s a passionate fan and avid supporter of multiple animal welfare groups through donations and volunteer work. With over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, his journey began humbly as a host in a fine dining-restaurant. Over the years, he’s worn many hats within food and beverage operations, eventually serving as a director and even delving into corporate hospitality for a major furniture corporation. Andrew’s management style is hands-on and customer-focused, with a strong emphasis on nurturing and developing his team. His approach to work is holistic—he’s all about seeing the big picture, and understanding how every element contributes to the success of the whole. His primary goal in his position is to elevate Reds at Thousand Oaks to be the ultimate destination for our guests. Allow us to formally introduce Melissa Evink, the esteemed General Manager of Rush Creek Bistro. Melissa is working diligently to make Rush Creek Bistro shine brighter than ever before. Not only is she spearheading our motto of "New Year, New Sunnybrook”, but she is also leading the introduction of our NEW 500° volcanic fire rock dishes that will join our menu mid-April.
