United Way of the Lakeshore works to strengthen the Muskegon, Newaygo, and Oceana County communities by uniting people and resources to build better lives for all. Through partnerships, funding, and volunteer initiatives, United Way focuses on three key impact areas: education, income stability, and health—the building blocks of a strong community.

The organization collaborates with local nonprofits, businesses, and community leaders to identify critical needs and create long-term solutions that help individuals and families thrive. From early childhood education programs and workforce development initiatives to food assistance and housing support, United Way of the Lakeshore is dedicated to improving lives and creating lasting change across West Michigan. Every donation and volunteer hour helps make a measurable difference for local families and the community as a whole.
