Event Description: To be held at First Congregational Church on Jefferson Street in Muskegon. Four daytime guest speakers and related guests, plus a keynote dinner speaker will share the perspectives of their faith traditions, and demonstrate some of the ways in which they commune with the divine. Speakers include: - Keynote speaker Ian Lawton, Executive Minister for Christ Community Church in Spring Lake - Elder Michael Burrell, Apostolic Church of God, Muskegon, with Elder Rev. Brian Burrell, Chaplain, West Shoreline Correctional Facility - Punkin Shananaquet, Pottawatomie Medicine Woman - Mohammad Saleh, MD, Islam - Walter Manderfield, Baha’i Morning and afternoon speakers will be featured at a moderated panel discussion just before supper. Religious and spiritual art will be on display and several of the artists will be in attendance. Some works will be available for sale. A religious and spiritual performing arts showcase will be held after supper. Also: a silent auction, raffle, interactive media, prayer box, burning bowl ceremony, private chapel for personal prayer time, and more. Continental breakfast, hot and cold buffet lunch, elegant ethnic supper. $25 for the full event includes 3 meals; $15 for the Day (w. breakfast and lunch) or Evening (w. supper). You may register at the door, but seating is limited for the Evening program, so book early to reserve your spot.
